Washington State Department of Transportation : 10 p.m. to 5a.m..
The collector-distributor to I- 90 is reduced to one lane through the weekend. It runs parallel to I-5 just south of the Washington State Convention Center, provides southbound access to I-90, Dearborn Street, Airport Way and Fourth Avenue S. Also the James and Spring streets on-ramps to the collector-distributor will be closed. Drivers will follow a signed detour. All of the exits will remain open.. Expect delays and congestion on southbound I-5 through downtown.
Saturday through Monday, February 22 –
Mercer Corridor Project: 5 a.m. to 5 a.m.
Eastbound Mercer Street closed between Fifth Avenue N and Dexter Avenue N; one lane in each direction on Fifth Avenue between Valley and Raye streets; southbound Ninth Avenue will be closed between Mercer and Republican streets. Seattle Department of Transportation: 5 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Department is grinding and paving Forest Street from the SB I-5 ramp to Sixth Avenue requiring closure of the SB I-5 Forest Street ramp. There will be no parking within 300 feet oneither side of the ramp. Sidewalks and crosswalks will remain open during the day. Work is weather dependent.
