One southbound lane will remain closed on Lake City Way between Northeast 143rd and Northeast 145th streets until the end of this week as required for a private developer to restore the street and sidewalk at this location. To avoid traffic backups especially during the morning commute, drivers are advised to consider alternate routes if feasible, such as I-5, 15th Avenue Northeast, or if coming from east of Lake Washington, I-520.
