A contractor working for the Seattle Department of Transportation plans to make adjustments to recent pedestrian improvements on the block of Terry Avenue between Republican and Harrison Streets starting Friday, August 3. The block will be closed to through traffic from Friday, August 3 to Wednesday, August 8 and also on August 10, if needed. In either case, the street will remain open for the neighborhood farmer’s market on Thursday, August 9.
During the closure, the streetcar will continue operating and sidewalks will remain open. On-street parking will be restricted.
