Traffic on Fourth Avenue South at South Spokane Street will be constricted and moved from one side of the street to the other this coming Thursday and Friday nights, December 29 and 30, between 9 p.m. and 2 a.m. On the first night, traffic will be shifted to the east side of the street, and then shifted to the west side the following night.
Flaggers will be present to assist with the flow of traffic, which will be maintained throughout these periods. The traffic shift is needed to remove the temporary falsework that had been installed as part of theSpokane Street Viaduct Widening Project.
