This weekend, July 30 and 31, paving crews from the Seattle Department of Transportation will work in the Madrona neighborhood, weather permitting. They will pave 34th Avenue from East Denny Way to East Pike Street and East Denny Way from 36th Ave to 34th avenues. The street will be restricted to one lane in each direction of traffic from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the work area. Sidewalks will remain open and bikes will share the lane with motor vehicles.
