Tomorrow, July 21, The Sheraton Seattle Hotel, located at 1400 Sixth Avenue, will hold a Garden Dedication from 12 noon to 1 p.m. with 500 guests attending.  A stage with an amplified sound system will be set up on the sidewalk on the corner of Seventh Avenue and Union.  Seventh will be closed between Pike and Union streets from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  Motorists should plan their travel accordingly and expect congestion in the area.
