Work on Aurora ramps previously scheculed for Sunday, Mar 13, has been canceled due to an unfavorable weather forecast.
Previous announcement:
On Sunday, March 13, Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) crews will repave a pathway on Raye Street between Aurora and Fourth avenues (route to Queen Anne Hill). The work, which is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 12 Noon, is being coordinated to take advantage of the time Aurora Avenue will be closed in the same area for the Saint Patrick’s Day Dash.
Also on Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., SDOT crews will make repairs to the sidewalk and curb at the Broad Street and Dexter Avenuecrosswalk on the south side of the intersection. To facilitate the work, the left lane will be closed on the Aurora Avenue off-ramp where Dexter meets Broad and Mercer streets.
Drivers should use extra caution in the work zones and can expect slowing through both areas.
