March 29 update for the work along the Lake Washington Ship Canal by the Army Corps of Engineers:
All 29 trees have been removed. The contractor is continuing to grind stumps on the South Ship Canal Trail, and should be done tomorrow. He will then move to the north end to finish stump grinding on the Burke-Gilman Trail.
There will be some trail closures during the grinding.
