SDOT is advising drivers that the repaving project Greenwood Ave N between N 112th and N 136th streets is nearing completion. There are three items listed below that are scheduled for the week of October 10.
What to expect:
- Crews working for SDOT will be lane striping the newly laid asphalt between N 112th and N 125th streets Monday night, October 10. The work is weather dependent. If the work is delayed by rain, crews will attempt the lane striping on Tuesday night.
- Crews are also scheduled to replace vehicle detection equipment in the pavement on Greenwood Ave N at N 117th and N 125th streets during the day on Wednesday, October 12. The work will require some short term lane closures.
- There is some small-scale work at the intersections of N 115th, N 117th, N 122nd, and N 125th streets scheduled for next week that will complete the Greenwood Ave repaving project.
SDOT appreciates the Greenwood community’s and public’s patience while this work is being completed. For more information on the Greenwood Repaving Project, please visit the project website at: www.seattle.gov/transportation/pave_greenwood.htm.
